Don't know your Representative and Senators are? No problem, just go here:
http://www.congress.org/ and enter your zip code. Click on any of the names the website provides and then click on the "contact" tab. Not only will you find congressperson's DC address but their local office information too, along with a lot of other nice to know information,
The first digit in the DC address indicates the floor of the building, For example, 356 Russell Senate Office Building means you need to go to the third floor of the Russell Senate Office Building.
