We're going to at least need a sound system - not to mention a
stage; oh, and just where will we put that stage anyway? We have a
great deal to talk about and plan for...

Jim - Whoa, dude - you're da man!
I say lets go for it! Give me the details and I'll book right now!! I think we can book the 100 rooms without much problem. In addition, with a room that will seat 1,200 people, then I think we should consider holding a FairTax Nation convention! Let's work on it and get're done!!!
I don't know how you managed to do this given your busy schedule, but you did a great job! Post the details as soon as you're able. I'm definitely excited by this news!

We need to have people register here at FTN and I will contact them to get their information.
I will also have to sign a contract to commit to this first.
We need to discuss this via phone to work out some more details. Maybe this evening?

I've got one room myself.
We need 99 more to commit.

I now have a pretty good room at the Hyatt rate that will include a meeting room that seats up to 1200 people for two afternoons 4/16 and 4/17.
119.00 plus tax includes attendance at the meeting rooms.
I have to commit to 100 rooms minimum for the event. They would commit up to 450 rooms if we needed them.
What do you think about that?

> Probably the easies thing to do is rent what we need. The tea party folk can give us direction on this. It might be a good idea to buy some bull horns etc. This is just the beginning and there is a long way to go, planning a big event takes a lot of work. The best way to do it is to delegate far and wide.
