DESCRIPTION:The St. Charles City Hall is located at 2 E. Main St., on 
 the east bank of the Fox River. Main St. is Rt. 64 and is commonly kno
 wn as “North Avenue,” from St. Charles eastward almost to Lake Mic
 higan.\n\nOur FairTax meetings start at 7 pm, in one of the City Counc
 il committee meeting rooms on the second floor, off the hallway to the
  City Council chambers. If stairs are a problem, there is an elevator.
 \n\nThese meetings take place on the fourth Thursday of each month, ex
 cept for November and December. This year as last year, though, there 
 are conflicts with that scheduling. I will work those conflicts out wi
 th City Hall, and advise you as to those dates.\n\nFor more informatio
