 of July between 4 and 6PM. I have already received permission for the 
 County and verbal permission from the town. I was told by Mr. Paul Emb
 ler the Smithfield Planning Director that there should not be any prob
 lems getting the ok. So for everybody who wants to show your support p
 lease come out with your signs. I also want to thank everyone who has
