DESCRIPTION:The Tea Party Express will be making its stop in Ohio at t
 he Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, 164 Eastland Road, Berea, OH on April 
 11. The TPX III program begins at 3 PM.\n\nThis appearance may serve a
 s the \"kickoff\" for Tea Parties throughout Ohio.\n\nAccordingly we w
 ould like to use this opportunity to:\n\n1) Showcase all the different
  active patriotic groups (27 + canopy sites available under the grands
 tand), many more \"table\" locations\n\n2) Promote specific issues and
  petition drives\n(7 special conopy sites available next to the grands
 tand)\n\n3) Provide an opportunity for participants to meet candidates
  (near the grandstand).\n\nThe event will be open to the public and fr
 ee of charge. Restrooms will be open, and one or more food vendors wil
 l be working. In case the grandstand is filled (2,500 capacity), atten
 dees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. There is no restriction on b
 ringing food or non-alcoholic beverages.\n\nGroups, petition drives an
 d other \"issue\" campaigns, and candidates please RSVP to Wendy Serge
 nt wendysergent@yahoo.com, cc Lisa Woods lisawoods@mcfan.org, and indi
 cate whether you plan to bring a canopy or a table. Space for canopies
  and tables will be provided at no charge. All groups are encouraged t
 o distribute literature, sell merchandise, sign up new recruits and vo
