Orlando Fairtaxers are BUSY!!
The Seminole County/Greater Orlando group are among the first anywhere to offer a live seminar about the FairTax on the World Wide Web! There will be a presentation followed by Q&A. Why not invite everyone in your online address book? They are held each 4th Thursday of the month. Watch for the links to the monthly seminar.

Yes, Marco was House Speaker in the last FL Congress. He tried to get a version of the FT passed to replace the property taxes and failed. He had not learned the FT well enough to know he would need to fully implement the FT plan to overcome the objections he faced.
I spoke with him personally about 6-7 weeks ago via a radio program. After which I emailed him detailed expanations to his "concern" about the FairTax. Marco immediately replied,"Oh, I got it" with respect to how the prebate overcomes the issue of regressiveness in a sales tax.
All this said, he appears to favor the FairTax but has not as far as I know today come out as a proponent.
Between Marco and Charlie Crist, Marco is the more conservative condidate. Crist is another RINO like Sen. Martinez. Another issue I don't know about Rubio is his position on illegal immigration.

Oviedo FairTax supporters meeting will be held at the IHOP in Alafaya Square, corner of Mitchell Hammock and SR-434 on Tuesday, May 26th from 7 to 8:45PM.
If you wish to eat please arrive early to get your food order satisfied before 7PM.
Feel free to bring a guest who would be interested in learning more about the FairTax.

We collected about 1650 postcards to be sent to four different politicians at the event. We handed out information to a much larger number of people that had no idea what the Fair Tax will do! It was a great response from the attendees.
