    I say that the under the table income like drug dealing goes unreported under our current system as well. The difference is that under the FairTax, they will pay tax on the new things they buy and people like that like to bjuy nice, expensive things. They have to spend money and the FairTax would capture that. It would be a much better system, wouldn't it?
