Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25 and S 122
Implimentation of the fairtax from here, is a hard sell to the country. Unless there is a plan to show it off....
I propose to impliment the fair tax where the people have little to loose. American Samoa and territories where taxation kills their jobs. But a tax haven would turn them into economic power houses.

Fairtax has never had a better chance of becoming law then it does in this coming year, 2011. Lets keep fighting to make the whole USA "a tax haven which would (will) turn it into an economic power house" .
