Fair Tax Nation

Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

We have more great opportuntitis, with your support, we would like to have a FairTax booth at these also:

August 13–16 Netroots Nation 2009
David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Pittsburgh, PA

September 23-26 The Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) Congressional Black Caucus
Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

http://www.cbcfinc.org/alc-09.html

This is an ambitious schedule but with your help we can reach hundreds if not thousands of activists from around the nation to learn about the Fairtax and encourage them to take their FairTax knowledge back to their communities.

We are raising funds for FairTax radio ads on FairTax Nation www.fairtaxnation.org during the month of April. Another April fundraising goal is to fund FairTax banners & signs so we will present a professional looking booth at events. In May we plan to begin raising the funds for the above events.

Remember these are goals and subject to change due to financial and staffing considerations.

If you've been reading on this forum for long, you've heard me talk about the FairTax and know that I am deeply committed to seeing it replace our current income-based tax system. If not, let me give a quick overview of what the FairTax.Check web hosting services. The FairTax is a proposal that would do away with all income based taxes, including personal income taxes, payroll (social security and medicare) taxes, and corporate taxes. All of these would be replaced by a nationwide consumption tax, more commonly referred to as a sales tax. Economists have determined that an inclusive rate of 23% would be enough to replace the tax revenues currently generated by income-based taxes internet marketing .
