Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

Tax code Reform:

Are you the rightful owner of the fruits of your labor?

If not you, who?

When someone takes something without permission of the rightful owner, what do you call it?

As long as we use the tax code to take from one group without permission or compensation and give it to another, we are legalizing theft. When the law becomes the tool for theft, it has violated the reason for its existence, to protect from theft.

Legal theft spawns two groups.

One uses the law to protect itself from plunder (producers) and the other group joins in the plunder (non producers, this includes green industry that fails market tests, welfare recipients, and public unions).

In time the tax code being written to satisfy an assortment of conflicting interests becomes unworkable and oppressive.

If we taxed on articles of consumption, specifically new retail, we give our permission by purchasing and we are compensated with new retail products and services.

90% of lobbying is tied up in our 78,000 pages of tax code. We need a simple broad based transparent tax that is on every receipt.

Hidden taxes and payroll withholding are more regressive for the poor than a 23% tax on new retail.

We could return our tax collection back to the Treasury department and reduce enforcement costs by taking the tax man out of the every citizen's life.

No more threatening every citizen with audits, garnishments, liens or frozen bank accounts.

Put entitlements on broader base by taxing the underground economy. $1 Trillion currently goes without taxation.

The flat income tax keeps all of the above short falls, minus progression.

Do you really trust Congress to dictate what you have left to survive on?

Once Americans get the same taste of prosperity, as they did for the first 130 years, they won’t ever tolerate a mandatory income tax again.

Do we really want to invigorate the economy?

Make America a safe haven for income.

Just to keep you "juiced"..

Thanks, I've been on board since 1999 before it got a chance to go the first time before the ways and means when I lived outside of Denver. I've been posting at the Huffington Post, New York Times, Washington Post, Denver Post and the StarNews here in Wilmington. Miami Herald too gets a dose of obnoxious "fatheromalley". Letters have bee published on the "Letters To The Editor" sections of each except for the New York Times. :-) Go figure. Thanks for you encouragement! Hope to meet you some time. ..
