You need to click on FairTax, then scroll down to register and "opt in." After the votes are tabulated, you can opt out again.

Herman is giving us a chance to tell him which plan to back. And Herman has a lot of mojo. So if we can get him back to the FairTax(R), we will have a national spokesman. Otherwise Herman will become the pitch man for the flat tax or 9-9-9. We don't want that!
