Event Description

We will meet at 10:30 and at 11:00 "Circle" the outerbelt (I-270) proceed thru downtown Columbus, past the Statehouse during the lunch hour and then "Circle" the outerbelt one more time. We should be done by 1:30.

Please make the investment in "FairTax", "No IRS" bumper stickers, (business card magnets can convert them so they aren't sticky) blanket your car and join the Caravan! Let's really make a visual impact the people & legislators cannot ignore.

www.fairtaxstore.com & www.cafepress.com have all of the stickers/signage you could ever need. My car will be smothered!!! Order ASAP so you will have them in time!

Please cover any negative signage you may already have on your car; let's keep this positive and not alienate anyone.

Well it was just me today. However, I got LOTS of STARES as my truck was COVERED in Fair Tax & No IRS magnets.
This would be a great monthly event that should go hand in hand with our monthly meeting. I'll upload pics asap. It's raining and I'm going to wait for it to stop to take pictures.

I just made my magnet stickers for my car and let me tell you I have about 20! It's going to look great.
I also made my Fair Tax sign for the Tea Party Wednesday evening and it's ALL Fair Tax!

I think I will make this Caravan a Monthly Event. We can "Circle" before or directly after our Monthly Meetings (yet to be set & determined). What an awesome visual effect this will be.

I was going to call a meeting for this Wednesday but due to a family emergency I am babysitting my niece & nephew Wednesday-Thursday.
Maybe I'll try for this Sunday?
5 cars would be fantastic. Even if I'm alone I'm still doing it.
Thank you for your support. I called in to our #1 talk radio station yesterday during a local show & promoted this website & event and am waiting to see if I receive any new recruits from this. I'm going to call again next Sunday. I do know the host, Dirk Thompson is going to post a link to this site so all in all it was worth the call. I hope to meet you next week if not Sunday.

Do you have a meeting in Columbus coming up soon? I want to attend. Something tells me that the Fair Tax's time has come and all we have to do is get the word out.

I meant to say "...a personal goal of 5 cars". Oops.

It's not too late, Teresa. We've really got to get say maybe even 20 cars. I think Josh in Shelby would attend but his car was recently totaled. I'll make a personal goal of cars. I know that sounds small but we haven't really got group here in Marion yet but I do have some supporters. I believe this is truly a great idea. Should we advertise this event in some way?

Looks like it's just you & me Dave. Too bad. This could have been a great visual tool.

I hope we get a good turnout for this. I RSVP'd maybe but sure hope I can get things worked out. I am hoping to make a day of it, do the circle in Columbus at noon and be in Cincinnati for the post office event in the evening.
