Event Description

On Friday, June 12, the Exhibit Hall will be open at 9 o’clock and runs until 5 pm.

The exhibit hall will also run from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, June 6.

On Saturday morning between 8 am and 11:30 am, we are conducting official business and will end by lunch. You are welcome to stick around the rest of the day or pack up early. All of the convention will be taking place inside Renaissance West and East, so your exhibit is directly outside.

As an Exhibitor, your organization has received two dinner tickets to the Lee Atwater Dinner Gala for Friday night, June 5th at 7:30 pm.
