Art is active in the Southern California Software Development Community. This community has 3 large weekend events called Code Camps where 300 - 600 of us get together at the host campus (local university) and use 8-10 classrooms or lecture halls to discuss software tools, tips, and new technologies.
The term "Code Camp" refers to software source code (what the programmer actually writes).
Art is playing off the "Code" term to talk about bloated IRS Tax Code which is now unsortable and unmaintainable.
Art's session will either be on Saturday 1/24 or Sunday 1/25. I will post to this site when the session is nailed down.
In the mean time, please go to www.socalcodecamp.com and look at the "Sessions" page to find my session there.
