Any resources for Volunteer Position job Descriptions?

I am not sure what level(s) you are looking for.
There are the State Director (SD), District Directors (DD) and Community Coordinators (CC). I am not sure if there are specifics for these positions other than to coordinate those within the sphere of infulence of these positions.
AFFT has started to organize GROUPS in various areas. These can be found on the grassroots tax of www.fairtax.org. The test area was in NorthEast Florida as the volunteers in that area has set up some structure for the local communities. If you look at the South Duval Group it shows some of the positions and responsibilities for those in the GROUP. You can look further into the other GROUP pages and see some slight modifications to fit the specific needs for each community.

This may not cover what you are looking for, but at least it gives you a starting point. Then you can adapt them to fit your needs. They are very similar to any volunteer operation.
