Fair Tax vs flat tax article

Michele shared this and I think it's very interesting. The article duly notes that the flat tax is still an income tax. What the article omits and assumes the reader understands, is that a flat tax still leaves us with the 16th amendment.

Didn't see this 'till I'd finished putting my questions on Jim's article thing, front pg. Thanks, Miss Nancy. Still, I had to re-read the article and look up spelling words. Ugh! But maybe somebody will answer the questions.
