Fair Tax Nation

Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

Let the "FairTax Storms the Hill 2" title stand for 2010 & beyond!

FairTax supporters are you with me? 100s of people heard about Storm the Hill back in '09 as emails, tweets, posts, posters and fliers were distributed not to mention the FairTax supporters who participated in the first FairTax Storms the Hill on 9/11/09.

Our country's freedom is in the balance and it is not a time to be weak kneed! FairTax Storms the Hill 2 tells "who" "tells we will come by storm...not to distroy but in mass "torent" if you will...and that this is our second time storming the Hill...with more storms to come!!! Be they in DC or VIA PHONE or EMAIL...

The call to go to DC and make one's voice heard is becoming a common theme and we have an opportunity to reach A WHOLE LOT of people and bring a WHOLE LOT of attention to a bill that would disable the healthcare bill to FINE/POLICE Americans.

I think a storm is much better than a PROTEST!

Storming the hill be it 9/12ers, against the healthcare bill (Rep. Bauchman), cap and trade...STORMING the HILL is what gives people a bills a voice either for or against!!

Let the planning begin! First thing is motel accomodation....looking forward to working together to see this bill become law!!!

To be honest, I have yet to hear a better name for what we plan to do.
I agree, while we might come up with a bunch of names that come close, I don't think anything would be better than "Storm the Hill". If that sounds a bit like a rebellion, then so be it. Besides, the American people are already rebelling - not against the country but against the direction the country is being taken. A rebellion is generally thought of as a movement or an action to overthrow a government; however, we FairTaxers, TEA partiers, 9/12ers and all of the other patriotic organizations joining together in this "rebellion" are fighting to save the Republic - not destroy it.

On a side note, I think Jamie's fingers were going just a bit faster than she realized and left out one key word - Nation. The name of the event should be FairTax Nation Storms the Hill 2.

I stand with Jamie! Who else?

Sean Fagan - an American rebel
I typed "Nation" and deleted it numerous times...Our first storm was FairTax Storms the hill, if I'm recalling correctly. The bill is FairTax "not FairTaxNation"....FairTax Storms the Hill 2 organized by FairTaxNation FairTax Supporters!!!

At any rate...wasn't sure which way to go...but either way ______ STORMS the HILL is perfect!!!
No, Sean is actually correct...
Jamie - just a couple of points...

Click on the "FairTaxLinks" tab an you will see the original pic for the first storm.

While it is correct that the bill is simply called the FairTax, the bill itself will never be able to organize a "Storm the Hill" event. The FairTax bill is what we are about, FairTax Nation is who we are.

"Storm the Hill 2" identifies the "what?", FairTax Nation identifies the "who?".
Point taken...beings I wasn't able to attend my "memory" wasn't very specific. I am MORE than okay with having it FairTaxNation Storms the HILL 2!!!

We should use the exact same flier & have it updated and ready to start handing and posting them on Jan. 1-15!! This will give LOTS of time for preparation! Saving money for a flight & motel to DC. Reserving an afternoon to be at a local office...We also need to get the fliers into AS MANY hands as possible!!! Radio and TV stations...etc.

This is going to be AWESOME!!! Goooo FairTax!!!
Yes, making certain that FairTax Nation is identified in the title is a good idea. So, "FairTax Nation Storms the Hill 2" would be appropriate.
The name of the event this year was "Storming the Hill". It only makes sense to maintain continuity, building upon the success achieved during the 2009 event and keep the name the same for 2010. Renaming the event something else, would in my mind, negate any positive aspects related from the 2009 event. "Storming the Hill 2" would seem to make the most logical sense to me.
Keep on storming!!!
Ronald Reagan had this to say:

Our federal tax system is, in short, utterly impossible,
utterly unjust and completely counterproductive,
[it] reeks with injustice and is fundamentally un-American...
it has earned a rebellion and it's time we rebelled."
Better yet...OUR FOUNDING FATHERS...who did "not" include the option of taxing our incomes!!! Via our actual wages OR via the back door "corporate taxes". We need to return to our Constitution WITHOUT a 16th Amendment!!
The government shall be giving me an extra refund in 2010......more than enough to storm the hill!!

And that's what we'll be doing.....'STORMING THE HILL!!!'
