Passing the FairTax

Would everyone who can vote collect the monthly Pre-Bate?

I believe, if the taxing authority is at the state level, everyone with a bank

account would get a Pre-Bate check..

Now if people do not have direct deposit or even a checking account,

wouldn't getting a Pre-Bate check be difficult.

Case in point:   5 people working for a businessman sharing the same

house... they are paid in cash.

If all 5 people are citizens, have social security cards, pay no payroll taxes,

make $25,000 a year... who will pay for their healthcare?

I think this scenario might actually exist and this is why I support

free enterprise and the American dream...
