Thomas Paynes Stimulus Package

Earlier today at a business conference in Lake Tahoe they played a YouTube video of Thomas Payne taking to task our government and the taxpayers who sit back and take whatever the politicians dish out. Have anyone else seen it? If so do you know where it can be found? I have done some searching on YouTube but have come up empty. It is an awesome call to duty for us taxpayers! We need to flood the internet with it.
