There is too much PORK in this bill and it's being rushed through before the American people know what hit them! This is not help for the little guy caught in a bad situation. This is a lobbyist's dream. I for one do not want to see my children and grandchildren paying into the foreseeable future for misdeeds of an irresponsible Congress. They are out of control. Largely these are the same lawmakers who doled out the first part of the TARP funds, with no strings and where did that money go?? NO ONE KNOWS!!! So much for stimulus!!
They've already confirmed a tax evader to oversee the IRS…would you want a bank robber running your local bank branch? What else are we going to stand for?
Amnesty is also coming up really quick…Be AWARE!!
This crosses party lines…A substantial majority of the American people, Republican and Democrat alike, did not want the FIRST TARP bill passed, let alone this one. But they did it anyway! It's bankrupting the country and we can't stand idly by and say tsk, tsk. PLEASE…there is no time for postcards… CALL YOUR SENATORS and YOUR CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES THIS MORNING!

Cut and paste the info into an email and send it to everyone you know!! Start to focus on SENATORS if/when it gets past the House. A CALL holds a lot more weight on this, because they know one person can generate a thousand post cards, but a phone call is an investment of time and effort. It carries a bigger punch! So we need to MELT the capitol phone lines!!!
