Announcing an important meeting on Sept 17th!

We're asking everyone to make this meeting a priority and to commit to bring at least three people. Gerald Crowley, chairman, states:

"I cannot emphasize enough the importance of keeping our group active and growing. Please, please, please be present at this meeting and also recruit three additional people to come. ......Every day I am more and more convinced that the fair tax holds out hope like nothing I have seen in my lifetime. Each of us must be passionate in our belief that we can make this change happen. I am proud of the group we got going in the spring and congratulate everyone of you on your contribution. Now we must get this little snowball rolling until it grows into an avalanche that will have the desired effect on our legislators."

We look forward to seeing you there!

Please Note:
The donation for radio adds and booth banners at the right is a worthy cause. However, please be aware that these donation do not go to our local group. If you wish to donate to our local group, please attend a meeting or contact a representative of the Wiregrass Fair Tax Association. Thanks for your support.

Greatly enjoyed the tax day tea party. Ready for another "party". I even brought my kids so they could be a part of history-in-making. We got caught by one of the t.v. crews and my kids loved seeing themselves making a difference.

Yeah!!! I had an opportunity to speak at the Dothan Tea Party. The pic is not to great, but does provide proof. :-) There were about 600 people there.

Media coverage: Dothan covered it on WTVY There are several video links here. Click on the one that says “Wiregrass Tea Party.” They also covered Enterprise, but I can’t find it now. WDHN covered the Enterprise and Dothan Tea Parties. Go to
this link and click on the 4.15 webcast. My apologies for not knowing how to copy only the pertinent portion. There are several stories on this video. Got to about 4min 45sec into the video. Enterprise is covered first then the Dothan one is covered live.
Dothan Eagle Article Montgomery covered on
WSFA I hope all these links go through. Advance apologies is they don't. -Debbie

MAJOR SUCCESS!!!
There were over 600 people. I ran out of sign-up sheets and had to start using
the back side....collected almost 100. Most were excited to have a group in the
Wiregrass area and are eager to help. I will post links to news reports as soon
as they are available. It didn't start until 5pm so most stations will not
carry it until the 10 o'clock report.

District 2 Director

I am the new District 2 director, let me introduce myself. I live north of Dothan in rural Dale County. My husband & I make our living off the land, we farm. Peanuts, cotton, corn and cattle provide our livelihood.
I am very familiar with the Fair Tax, having studied it for at least a couple of years and am looking forward to building a Fair Tax network in District 2. Everyone is becoming so frustrated with high taxes, big spending and big government so now is the time to really push the Fair Tax. Anyone with the time, talent, or funds to help in the cause, please step up to the plate. Now is the time and we can do it!
One of the first things I'd like to do is set up a few meetups and will begin working on that after the Tea Parties.
Speaking of Tea Parites, I'd like to announce the Dothan Tea Party, tomorrow (Wednesday). It will be held in front of the Federal Court House on the corner of N. Foster and E. Troy streets in downtown Dothan. This is one block east of Oats Street (231) and one block north of Main St.
This Tea Party, like most(if not all), is being organized by the local 912
Project. They are very pro-Fair Tax. As the District 2 Director, I will be
given an chance to speak. Come and support me!
