Domestic Engineer/Stay at Home Mom/Homeschool Mom

When I first found out about the FairTax I was a domestic engineer.  My main task was to keep the house running with the income that was coming in which I knew via bank statements.  I never really took a good look at my husband's pay statements until I purchased the Neal Boortz The FairTax Book and took the Neal Boortz challenge which was/is....go get that paycheck and add up FICA, Medicare and Federal Withholding....that is the amount your paycheck will INCREASE with the passage of the FairTax. 

That was it...I was absolutely hooked, because seeing that amount and knowing that as a landlord we had a yr. of a vacant rental...which meant 2 mortgages and we did it, but had the FairTax been the law of the land it would not have been such a struggle!
