Anna C. Little to run for U.S. Senate from New Jersey

New Jersey FairTax-ers,

FairTax does not endorse the Tea Party or support any particular candidate or political party. But I want to let you know that Anna Little, who is running for the U.S. Senate from New Jersey, is an ardent FairTax supporter. Anna, a Republican, ran against multi-term and well-funded incumbent, Frank Pallone in the Sixth Congressional District of New Jersey, and the FairTax was a plank in Anna's platform. Pallone opposed the FairTax and attacked Anna on it. Though Anna ultimately was not successful in her bid, she did far better than Republicans traditionally have done in that heavily Democratic district. Anna pulled an upset over the Republican establishment candidate to win the nomination.

Anna told me recently that this time she will make the FairTax front and center.

In the interest of being evenhanded, we are not aware of the position of incumbent Senator Robert Menendez on the FairTax. We do not think he will commit to it.

Please do with this information as you see fit and inform your friends, neighbors, family and colleagues of the positions of our Senate candidates on the FairTax.
