Lawrence Webb "Larry" Kissell (born January 31, 1951) is an American politician and the Congressman for North Carolina's 8th congressional district, which stretches from Charlotte to Fayetteville.

Location: North Carolina's eighth congressional district consists of a large portion of southern North Carolina east of Charlotte, as well as a sliver of Charlotte itself.

Most think (all) have to pay taxes but my research shows that in a nut shell only federal employees have to pay taxes. For more info on this check out www.losthorizons.com as well as the tax code title 26.

Maybe we should just start pushing them to follow the law as it is written not interpret it.

Comment by Jeff G on March 12, 2010 at 8:36pm: I was on a Town Hall call for Tim D’Annunzio. Without being asked, he openly declared his support for the FairTax. He then took a phone poll (press 1 if you support the FairTax, press 2 if you prefer the Income tax). He stated the poll result at 90% support for the FairTax.
