In my conversations with Mr. Burns, I have found him to be a constitutional conservative.

As far as labels- i will forward this discussion to him and leave it to him to define his affiliations.

I suggest you ask him any direct questions through his website for expediency.

Mr Burns states that he is a Republican on the website.
