Received a copy of your note that your image is cut off top and bottom and that you may need help. At present, your image looks nice. However, If you have more info above and below this image, you are going to have to use a photo editing program to reduce the image size and to add white space to the width. Ning forces the image and cuts off any part that does not align the photo correctly to the space allocated. When images are vertically long they truncate tops and bottoms when they are too wide the system truncates the sides.

I have found the best thing is to edit the image and save it as a smaller sized photo. Experiment and reload the image page in different sizes until it lays out how you wish. Again, I think your image looks nice right now :) Note if you do this on your primary ning membership account, it should load work for all your Ning membership sites in the future using the same email and password.
