Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

16th Amendment

I would be very happy to see this Amendment completely wiped out. It is unconstitutional and an insult to our freedoms. As a young American, I have had it with our government. It is way too large and too greedy for us American people. I do a fair share of reading and I have seen over and over, especially the last few years, our rights be violated and completely disregarded and even removed.

I have read about how the reserve was established and how our government is a Keynesian government. I agree; I feel like it's time for a revolution. It's just so very sad because so many people aren't educated in the matter and so many people don't read or know about the kinds of economics that represent the people like the way Austrian economics do. Government is the biggest gang in my point of view.

Comment by Everett Bennett, Jr. on August 2, 2010 at 4:20pm: I believe the 16th amendment and the FED RESERVE is the sole reason for of our problems. On that day we changed from a Republic to a Corrupt Government controlled by outside influences.

Check out http://www.constitutionalincome.com/ . Great book explains the true intentions of the 16th amendment and how we been ripped off since 1913 . We never conquered organized crime, they have been in DC since 1913. Personally, it is time for civil disobedience. We actually do not need the FairTax if you think about it. We can stop the abuse now if we use the Constitution to fight back and tell them we are not doing this anymore.
