You can't know by looking, they're invisible!  By IRS estimate 38% of Americans avoid, ignore, or do not pay their share of the income tax burden. To put it bluntly, a little more than one out of every three is an income tax scofflaw!  It makes me angry that each law abiding person must pay more to make up the difference. It's time 275 million voters clicked on the FAIRTAX HR25, a tusnami of public opinion that will awe every elected representative. I challenge you to click the FAIRTAX.
