Highlights from the House: A tax code for job promotion, not prevention

Last week U.S. Rep. Dave Camp (R-Midland) called for a wholesale rewrite of the individual and corporate income tax code, as reported in the Wall Street Journal.  As Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Camp is pursuing a broad-based tax reform plan aimed at encouraging investment, creating jobs, and making U.S. businesses more competitive in the global economy.
