IRS TO OVERSEE OBAMA-CARE

OBAMA-CARE AKA HR3200 is closer to becoming a reality than most Americans realize. They are going to use the Camel’s nose under the tent approach! This is a method in politics that has been used since the beginning of the Progressive Era that started with Teddy Roosevelt (Republican) and Woodrow Wilson (Democrat) at the turn of the twentieth century.

The scheme goes like this; they say that they are abandoning the public option and then proceed with a provision that says that if the private sector, which includes the Insurance companies, etc. does not behave, then they automatically activate the public option. This legislative mechanism is called a trigger provision. This of course will be decided by some federal agency and will be activated without review. The other method they will try is insurance co-ops that will be funded and controlled by the Federal Government and will grow into government run healthcare.

HR3200 has some provisions that are fundamental to its enactment. No matter what form the legislation takes, it will have some provisions that will not change! As a FAIRTAX Advocate there is one anchor provision that disturbs me! The IRS will be the enforcement arm for compliance of compulsary healthcare insurance. HR3200 calls for compulsory health insurance for every person in America, I would say American Citizens are required but since it will cover illegal aliens I cannot say that.

If HR3200 passes into law the IRS will have more power over us than they have ever had in their 96 year history, they will be able to decide if your insurance is adequate by their standards and if they decide it is not, then you will be fined and audited by the IRS. And of course we all know that the IRS never makes mistakes!

Why is the leadership of the FAIRTAX organization not appearing as guests on news program objecting to this Orwellian power for the IRS? We need to have our leadership attend a weekend retreat with the leadership of the National Rifle Association (NRA) for advanced training on how to be an effective lobbying organization for our cause.

While we are working to put the IRS out of business, it appears that congress is trying to enhance the power of this despotic agency. If we allow this to take place it will make it even harder to shut them down.
