If you notice in the link I provided the source of this information is Neil Cavuto from Fox News. This can also be confirmed from another source Newsbusters.org. The link below confirms Fox News Neil Cavuto's remarks. To quote from the article" "On Fox News Channel's April 7 "Your World," host Neil Cavuto reported that the Tax Day tea party protests on April 15 will be "infiltrated" by their political opponents and led by left-wing activist organizations. He specifically named Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN).
"Only eight days before a nationwide tea party, some over-caffeinated crashers aiming to lay waste to it," Cavuto said. "Reports of very well-organized infiltrators trying to mix in and rain on this parade. Talk about taxing.". Neil Cavuto is highly respected in his field and for him to make the statement "lay waste" can only be interpreted to mean the socialists will stop at nothing to deny the people their free speech rights. Considering these facts it would not be prudent to not consider and not prepare accordingly that socialists will attempt to completely disrupt the rallies. Hopefully this won't happen but forewarned is forearmed.

This reminds me, MSNBC did this same thing at the CPAC by having one of their street reporters going taking video of people to edit fo rthier use on MSNBC. They tried to get us at the FairTax Booth but I nipped it in the bud.
I hope that is all that they can come up with at the tea parties. I agree, all should be forewarned.

I wondered if and when something like this would occur. I, for one, will remain peaceful. I kind of wanted to bring my 12 yr. old grandson but I have no intention of subjecting him to anything remotely harmful to him. Hot heads lose credibility so it is my hope that all Americans for Fair Taxation keep their cool.

I think it is important for our kids to be at these events. I will have my kids there and, of course, I will stay cool but I will also do what I must do to keep them safe.

I can guarantee any disruption will be the only video you see on some networks!!
I think having live broadcasts by Fox at the big events will REALLY help!!
Typical left though: 'If we oppose we'll disrupt!'

> That would be my first suggestion. Video tape the entire event(s) if possible. It would be useful for future promotions. Make it known to the MSM that the event is being recorded. Another idea would be to establish a relationship with law enforcement in advance to let them know that we have no interest in violence and are not partisan, but are interested in constructive change to our tax system. Good idea to pass this on to the tea party organizers!

I was thinking of taking my 10 year old to the Chicago Tea Party. Now I don't know. I'd like for him to be involved in something like this. I guess I'll have to think about it. Chicago is a big ACORN area. I'm straddling the fence on this one.

I attended the Fair Tax Rally in Jacksonville. The security (both the private company for the facility and the off duty police did a great job of controling the crowd. There were a few of outsiders that showed up. One that was selling pins to protest the administration and liberal leadership was asked to leave and escorted off the venue. Others were stopped before they got to the "rented areas". The vast majority of attendees were totally unaware!
