Conference Call

I'm sorry I missed the call...but I'd like to open up discussion on it to get involved and help where I can.

A run down of what was discussed, ideas brought up etc....anything and everything.

Our biggest priority is growing FTN, and the TEA Parties are a good place to put our efforts as it was mentioned that they know the problems, and we have a solution to many of those. Last thing mentioned is that FairTax will be getting a lot of attention in 2010. We will be attacked, and we need to be ready to respond to those attacks.

I'm working on the minutes of the meeting and I will either post them here or send them to you. As Cary said, there were some very good points made, some new ideas and lots of organizational ideas, etc. I'm sorry you were not able to make it.

The meeting itself lasted for almost two hours, so there is a lot of "stuff" to consolidate and present in a meaningful and easy to follow manner. Please be patient.

Cary, are we talking about the same conference call? How did you come by your information? I only ask because there was no one on the call from CA last night so I'm a little confused and I have to think perhaps there was another conference call for the great state of CA. Regardless, I'm adding you to the list of attendees for the next FTN conference call.

The conf. call was pretty enthusiasticly supported. It ran long because there were so many people wanting to contribute. We will need to pick up these missed items on the next call.

I hope it works out so that you can join us on the next one.

I would say our biggest issue is how to raise funds at this point.

We're having the same trouble with OKFairTax.

With so many groups wanting to raise money to further their goals people are running thin on cash.

I'll try my best to be on the next one, any ideas when?
Maybe one a month?

Also thanks Sean for sorting out the minutes...looking forward to them :)

I would hazard a guess that the next one will take place in the first half of next month - we'll look forward to having you there.
