Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

Do all members know how to OPEN the chat window?

I don't know about you, but I love to talk about the FairTax and events happening all over the USA...here on FTN we have the opportunity to OPEN the CHAT window every time we are logged on (signed in).

Look at the lower RIGHT hand corner of your screen....see where it says

"FairTax Nation Chat" # Online >>>>>>> then 3 ICONS...click on the MIDDLE one and it will POP open a window where you are now enabled to chat/instant message with others who are also logged on.

OPEN up the window and lets say "HELLO"

Sees like there are a lot on but seldom any chat going on. Then other times I'm the only one logged on.

I agree with Cary, there are a very few people signed on at times. If they are signed on they do not have the chat window open. there needs to be some indicator that there is a chat going on.

INDICATOR..... YOU ARE LOGGED ON...... lol Seriously...if we'd all get in the habit of opening the chat window when we log on for more that 15min. then we can get the chat going!

I suspect the lack of participation is due to the small number (8087) who have signed onto FTN. It will take a far greater number of registered members to sustain the chatroom since only a small percentage of those who register also actively blog. The website FreeRepublic.com has constant or nearly constant blogging because they have approximately 300,000 members. FTN will need far more than 8087 to have frequent activity in the FTN chatroom.

Thanks...but I have found most don't even know it exists...and probably haven't thought about or gotten into the habit of opening the chat window when signed in.

Just trying to share & encourage & see if we can't open more lines of communication!

I used to enter the chatroom frequently for some time after I registered but I found myself the only one there more often than not so I stopped.
