I agree that it would be patriotic to hire these people at a fraction of the cost that they can be obtained in America. That is because it is not the job of businessmen to deplete their personal value in order to give charity to Americans and support activities which cause inefficiencies in their businesses. Outsourcing could help keep an American company's in business by minimizing expenses.
The real problem is that embedded taxes and other wasteful regulations must be stopped. H.R. 25 goes a long way in equalizing America with the rest of the world and in making it profitable to do business in the USA again.
