Dear Dick and committee,
..... I downloaded the 2010 platform from the GOP website..... a suggestion to revise the part on the Federal Tax System.....
We support elimination of the Internal Revenue Service and replacing it with a simplified system that uses a constitutionally limited national consumption tax that cannot be raised without a 2/3 majority vote of we the people.
I don't think we can trust government bureaucracy to "reform" itself. We need to remove what is not working and replace it with something that does..... Here is one: http://www.fairtaxnation.com/
