Fair Tax Nation

Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

They're calling....$$$$....and YOU can give a voice to the FAIRTAX!!

I got my first of many calls to support a candidate and my first response is I'm sorry I cannot do so for someone who does not have my best interest at heart and is not cosponsoring the FairTax Legislation.

Here is a PERFECT time for us to SPEAK UP either by saying "thank you" because your representative / senator is a cosponsor or nope...no endorsing of the FairTax no edorsing of this candidate!!

How many of you have candidates who are running and are endorsing the FairTax LOUDLY or at least CLEARLY?

I thought I take the time to plant this seed because WOW...what a difference if everytime anyone calls for support we can make the FairTax the top priority and what will happen if those on the other end of the phone start hearing this over and over and over?

Gooooo FairTax....
YES WE CAN!!!

I did this with a campaigner for Rob Simmons who is seeking the GOP nomination to run against Chris Dodd. I informed the staffer Rob Simmons was taking calls on a local radio talk show in June. I called and asked Simmons if he supports The Fair Tax. He stated support for an overhaul of the tax code but would not specifically support The Fair Tax. We discussed The Fair Tax for a few minutes and concluded the conversation by telling the staffer the Simmons must support The Fair Tax before I consider supporting him.

I'm hoping to speak with a staffer from Linda McMahon's campaign. She is the wife of WWE founder, Vince McMahon and is also seeking the GOP nomination to run against Dodd. She has a lot of money and has already spent two million dollars on her campaign. I'll give the same pitch to her as I did with Simmons.
Peter Schiffe is also seeking the nomination, and is a fiscal conservative, I bet he would be open to the idea, since he is more of an anti-establishment republican.

Good idea. I'll keep it in mind. Thanks.
Makes me wish they'd call me.....maybe they'll call my wife as she is registered to vote.

I'll have to make sure she knows what to say if they call ;)
However the majority of candidates running for Dist 5 here in OK are FairTax supporters.
Kevin Calvey is....I made sure to ask him myself!!
Yes, we should always mention the Fair Tax to candidates. The last election, I called every candidate, but many would not return calls or emails. It hurt me to know none of the candidates would support at all on either side!

I wish they would call me and give me a good oportunity again. BUT it looks like I will support the GOOOH candidate next time!
The goooh candidate could very well be you
Thanks John, I have actually been talking to friends and family about that. But what about you? You may be 2010 and I can follow in 2012. We need to talk some on this issue. You know Mr. Coble is well liked and will be hard to unseat.
I just moved into a new neighborhood (well 6 months ago) and have a nice box of the tri-folds from Houston.

I'm sure Republicans will be calling these people, so I intend to fill their mailboxes with them this weekend :)
Ummm - be careful Tony, as far as I know it is illegal to put anything in a mailbox that is not actually US mail.

On the other hand, if you were speaking figuratively - never mind. :)
Why not go to the TOP. I just received a "personal letter" from Michael Steele, Chairman RNC. He wants me to complete the 2009 CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT CENSUS. He also wants MY MONEY.

They are sending the same information to "a select few in each Congressional District. Keep your eyes out for yours.

My response will be "The Fair Tax Act of 2009 (HR-25) will help resolve this issue." on all of the issues he is questioning. The request for MY MONEY will state " The RNC will not get a penny until they have the Fair Tax as the number ONE item on their platform.

They even sent a postage paid envelope for me to use!
Yeah, I keep getting those too. I'm working up a searing letter in response to their stupid questionnaire and let them know they will not get a single penny from me either.

Of course, they only send these out to ask for money - the "questionnaire" is only a guise; not to mention they use it to decide how moderate the party should be. I am totally disgusted with the GOP as a whole and the RNC specifically.
BINGO!!! I've done the same for ANY/ALL parties seeking my HARD EARNED money that is left after government confiscation!

POLITICIANS had better stop ignoring the Americans!!!
