I agree Sean, I do not look at a "National Sales Tax" as being the one and the same with HR 25. I started not to vote because of that.

I had just this month talked with the IRS about an overpayment of taxes of .76. The lady told me that "anything under $1 would be written off" that it made no difference to who's favor it would be, that it would be wiped clean either…

I am not certain, but I think that he is right about the tuition. I am thinking the FairTax looks at tuition as an "investment" therefore since the FairTax does not tax investments, he is correct. That surprised me a little because I was…

Randy, The NAR is worried that the cost of new construction will be increased dramatically thereby making the new housing market much more expensive to perspective buyers. The NAB National Assoc. of builders is a large part of the resistance and…

He already is listed as a co-sponsor anyway. Of course we are happy of any good news but if he was a co-sponsor already then why would he consider other proposals?

Yes, the ENVY is always a bigger issue for a lot of people! I get frustrated when that comes up, because I think it is a bad stance to take. If they really want to "stick it to the rich", then their own well being is not very important to…

I have asked Doc in an email if he supported HR25 and the FairTax. His reply was " I believe in a Fairtax". He does not mention it on his platform and to me it looks like a non issue with him. He is on Tea Party Nation but not on Fair Tax…

Randy Stone replied to Jim Tomasik's discussion 'We need to get Huckabee to talk to O'Reilly about the prebate!'
He speaks of the poor not paying any INCOME TAX now, but he does not consider how much they pay in payroll taxes now that would go away under the FairTax either. The Fair Tax changes the way taxes are collected, it exposes all the ways we are taxed,…

Under the Fair Tax, the IRS and all parts of the current tax code will be eliminated. The cost of the proposed health care will be categorized under Government spending which the Fair Tax is not written to have any effect on Gov'mt spending at…

Gosh, like you, I can't believe we were not friends already! (I actually thought we were already friends)

I think we have a lot more in common than just tax reform!

Hi Randy!

Welcome to FairTax Nation!

FairTax Nation a site designed and managed by FairTax volunteers to serve the needs of FairTax advocates by providing a place to share ideas, find resources and create new opportunities with the goal of passing the FairTax HR 25.

On Nation we are working on many projects. One is our 50 State Campaign. We want to link at least 1,000 active volunteers in each state to work together in a national effort to pass the FairTax. That would give us at least 50,000 active volunteers able to communicate, plan events, etc. I know some people want a FairTax rally in Washington D.C. This is how we build the organization to make this event and many others possible.

Please feel free to invite your FairTax friends to join us.

Thank you!

Hello Randy,

Welcome to the site.

Please join your states group under the 'Groups' tab at the top. We are planning a huge year for the FairTax in 2009 so you came to the right place.

Please invite every FairTax supporter you know to join as well. We want to build an army of supporters as quickly as we can.

Thanks for Joining FairTax Nation!
