I think we should! But I also think we need to make our presence known at the FAIRTAX Storm the Hill on Apirl 15, 2010!! We should be allerting all the TeaParty and ETC groups and making them aware of this event!!!

I say let's focus on the April 15th right now and once that's done and over with focus on the next phase...9/12/2010!!!

With the 2010 elections on the horizon...those in DC need to know we're not backing down and we're still MAD AS HELL!!!

I would like to hear some good ideas as to what is the best way to get that many people there and who is willing to start getting the ball rolling.

We know Jamie and Sean are really fired up for it. Who else do we have?

Hehe - I think "fired up" just might be an understatement, especially when it comes to Jamie. While I am a bit more of a "introvert", Jamie just doesn't seem to have a problem with shouting from the roof-tops. Good for her and good for us.

As for me, I'll continue to throw out any and all ideas (even if they are somewhat hair-brained) to the membership that I can come up with. Just maybe we might come up with something really great.

Oh I've been here Sean....just a little too quiet the last few weeks with the tea parties and healthcare.

OKFairTax is getting rolling on better organisation...I'm heading up Research and Education :)

I'd recommend getting each state director contacted and involved with each state organising its own trip to DC for 2010. FTN can facilitate the project as a whole...but letting each state deal with its own chunk of the organising.

To be honest, I wasn't quite sure where I should add this link - so I just decided to add it here on a rather arbitrary basis.

This link should take you to the CSPAN coverage of the 9/12 event http://www.c-spanarchives.org/program/288868-1 . I have to admit that it is rather long (just 10 minutes short of 3 hours), but in my opinion it most fully covers what happened on that eventful day. For those of you who wished you could be there and be part of the excitement - this video is for you. I have watched the entire thing, there are good shots of FairTax flags at 57:58 and at 1:57:02.

But I beseech those who were not there to take the time and listen - I think it will do your heart good to hear the voice of America!
