Orlando Home Show in February Needs Volunteers!

Orlando Spring Home Show 2009

We have to cover the booth all 3 days so this is going to take some manpower.

Dates and Hours
Friday, February 13 12pm - 9pm (shifts: SETUP: 9-12 EARLY: 12-5 LATE: 4-9)
Saturday, February 14 10am - 9pm (shifts: EARLY: 10-4 LATE: 3-9)
Sunday, February 15 10am - 5pm (one shift and teardown)

Here’s what we know we need as of now:
1. Can you help work the booth one, two, or all three days? There will be shifts so you may not need to stay all day, but your help, as much as possible, will be appreciated! You don’t have to be an expert, we’ll have experts on hand, we just need friendly, enthusiastic supporters!
2. Can you help supply handouts? Preorder pocket cards from AFFT or have some of the files from the website printed? Please check with us before you do it!
3. Can you help with A/V for the booth, ie, computer, large monitor, setup/teardown, etc.? We’d like to have a looping presentation set up for people to watch.
4. Do you know a business that would cover the cost of electricity for the booth in exchange for prominent signage “Presentation Powered by…”?
5. Is there any other expertise you can assist with or other way you can be involved?
