PostCard Program Files and Instructions

Our group has had two very successful events recently. The trade show in Feb and last weekend we set up a booth at Lake Mary Celebrates. We collected over 1650 post cards at the trade show and over 400 at Lake Mary Celebrates. The attendees were very excited that they could take an active part in communicating with their congresspersons both in the House and Senate.

The Post Card Program has two different functions. The individual can download the files and send their individual cards on whatever timetable they want to establish. Local groups can set up a table outside a store, at a community event or on a large scale basis. It works very well in both cases.

The necessary files include The Post Card (word document); Instructions for use and for group events there is an EXCEL spreadsheet with zipcodes for each Member of the House.
The Post Card file includes the mailing address for each Representative which can be copied and pasted into address label format and printed.
