This group is for anyone that live in Centerville, Miamisburg, Kettering, Springboro, and surrounding areas. Our monthly meeting is the 1st Wed. @ Miami Twp Govt Ctr, 2700 Lyons Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45036. This is for anyone interested in FairTax.

WANTED!! VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH UP COMING EVENTS; RALLYS, FAIRS, FESTIVALS, WALKING NEIGHBORHOODS, ETC.
The FairTax is growing and we need your help to spread the word and educate folks about the benefits of the FairTax!
Our : "Five for FairTax" campaign is working!! We have been able to purchase 4' x 6' FairTax billboards to place on busy roadways. If you have (or know of anyone ) that has an area where we could place a billboard, please let us know. We are looking to place these all across OHIO!!! Exciting!!!!!!
We also need volunteers to find businesses, that would like to help promote the FairTax, by displaying a FairTax Placard (8 1/2" x 18") in their place of business.
A FairTax T-Shirt will be awarded monthly to the FairTax member that gets the most businesses and another that gets the most FairTax billboard placements!!

Reminder of our " FairTaxing "FLASH" on Wednesday, June 22nd., 5 pm at Far Hills and Stroop Rd.We will be holding up FairTax signs and FairTax Banners.This will be for approx 1/2 hr to 45 mins. Just want to let people see that the FairTax is still ACTIVE and being promoted by us, the grass roots folks. We will probably eat afterwords ........Wear your FairTax Gear........ hat, shirt. Please join us and let me know if you do not have a FairTax t-shirt and size needed.Please let me know if you will be able to make it!Thank-you!Barbara Wilson937-298-5092P.S. Our FT "Splash" on 6-8-11 was a success... had a lot of honking and thumbs up !! We need to have more people volunteering 30 to 45 mins to promote the FairTax. Sorry about having to cancel last night, but we were short of workers/helpers and the weather was not the best. So we are planning to meeting next Wednesday, June 22nd at 5 p.m. at the corner Stroop and Far Hills to display our signs and banners. This is near the Town & Country Shopping Ctr. We are only out there for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour. We could use your help.

I was thinking maybe the Liberty Group would be interested, too. And they meet at the Fire Station. The Dayton Mall new meeting place is large, private, and has a kitchen. I think we can find a place if we can get in touch with Senator Portman's office. Once we get things rolling, I agree that Steve should be the final contact, but I thought we could help by getting it started. Cool idea you had Frank.

May I suggest we tell his office that we will combine our area meetings so that we can assure him of a good turn out? And we could announce a visit in the papers and on the radio too if you think that might help. Of course we would have to find a bigger meeting place for that one visit. Would it do any good for Steve as our state director to approach him?

Frank I can't find where you ask "what is happening with Senator Portman" The answer is: I went to his web site and requested a public meeting with no response. But Barbara got a call from his office and they are supposed to call her back; so she is going to ask the same question. We will keep you posted if we get a resonse.

DID YOU SEE US?? DID YOU WAVE?? We were standing on 3 corners of Dorothy Lane and Far Hills and there were a lot of cars passing by. Wish we had some way to let them know about our meeting on the first Wednesday of each month.

Our "FairTaxing Event" is on Wednesday, June 8th., 5 pm at Far Hills and Dorothy Lane.
