Billie, Lets get an area meeting set up with Senator Portman. We can have an area wide meeting someplace and combine our meetings to get more folks to show up. I know Wednesdays are not good for Steve Curtis as he has soccer, but he might be able to do a Monday or Tuesday  night. Talk it over with others and let me know. We have State Sen. Widener in August and I am working with Austria's office to get a date for him.  Keep me posted.

Barbara Wilson held the Dayton Mall FairTax meeting last night at the Miami Twp Government Center, 2700 Lyons Rd, Miamisburg from 6:30 - 8 p.m.  We had a nice group including two from Cincinnati. We are planning to work the area every week (weather permitting) with FairTax signs. More information will be posted. Lot of FairTax updates and pictures of the new location of the FairTax bill board.  We are trying to get more people educated, but we need your help. WE have posters and bill boards that need to be placed in good locations. Let us know if you now of a location.  Thanks.

5/4/11 We had a FairTax meeting this evening at the new location, 2700 Lyons Rd. It is great.  Had a nice group and talked about a lot.  Barbara got a call from David, one of Rob Portman's aides, and he ask her about FairTax and I guess she told him. She also ask him to call her back and let her know about Rob Portman's view of FairTax.  She suggested we all call Rob Portman's office and let him know we would like to know his view. He is one of the Senator's representing Ohio in Washington D.C.

We would like to do a lot this summer, but we need volunteers to man the booths and pass out flyers.  Also, the Ohio FairTax Store is getting noticed.  We have received several orders. Check out OHFairTax.org to order material.  And please join in and give $5 a month as we also need money to keep FairTax alive. Thanks to Steve and Barbara and everyone else that has helped to keep FairTax alive.

We will be "FairTaxing" across from  the Dayton, OH Post Office on Monday 4-18-11 E. Fifth St. from 3pm to 5 pm.
At 5pm, we will grab a bit to eat and then keep FairTaxing at the Dayton Tea Party, Court House Square at 6pm!

I'm giving a talk about the FairTax on Monday, March 14 at the South Montgomery County Liberty Group meeting.  The meeting starts at 7:30 and it is held at the Washington Heights Baptist Church, about 1/4 mile south of Rahn Road, on Far Hills.

Well we finally had a FairTax meeting on Wednesday, 3/2/11 at Panera Bread at the Dayton Mall.  The weather has not cooperated with Ohio meetings. We have cancelled many this winter.  Our meeting Wednesday was really nice.  Kate & Roger had been to CPAC and told us of their experience with other FairTax persons and with our Congressmen. Then Steve gave a presentation on 2012 Roadmap for FairTax.  Hope to see you next month. First Wednesday of the month at Panera Bread.
