Lobbying on the Hill, et al

The FairTax has to come out of the House Ways and Means Committee before it can come to the House floor for a vote. We need to contact and educate each member of the W&M Cmt to get hearings on the Bill within it, and final a vote there first. Charles Rangel, the current Chair of the W&M Cmt, is an opponent of the Bill. However, we need to get people in his district to force him to at least give the Bill a hearing and vote.

1) Who is willing to lobby the W&M Cmt (phone, e/mail, in person)?
2) Who lives in Rangel's district in NY who will pressure him?
3) Other ideas (tactics, strategies, goals)?
