Connie and I will be there Billie. I'll have extra signs, but if someone wants to bring a homemade sign in support, that would be great too. And Barb will have those banners to hold also.

Our Wed. July 27   FairTaxing "FLASH"  Event will be at the Five Points intersection in Fairborn, OH.  It is located at W. Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. and S. Maple Ave. If you are coming north on 675 take the Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. exit, turn left at the light and go to S. Maple Ave.

There is parking in the Family Hollywood Video parking lot, the bank parking lot and the old abandoned barbershop right at the intersection.  And it will be from 5 to 6.
Wear your FairTax Gear........ hat, shirt.  I will have FairTax signs
Please let me know if you will be able to make it!
Thank-you!  Hope you can make it!

We’re only four days away from the first ever hearing on the Ways and Means Committee on the FairTax!
If you haven’t signed the petition to the Ways and Means Committee to fairly consider the FairTax, please do it now at www.fairtax.org/hearing. The Hearing will be July 26th at 10 am

Just to add to Frank's comment...  Barbara was there with her black hats, red, white, and black shirts and made some sales. The folks are planning to come to the Fairborn Flash next week and wanted to have gear to wear. She also has been filling FairTax orders in other States.  FairTax is growing and we need YOU to help.  We still are contacting Rob Portman's office to see if he really is interested in this area of Ohio and to get his thoughts on FairTax.  Please call his office and see what they tell you about FairTax. The Ohio Group on FairTaxNation has all of the Congressmen's phone numbers. Now is the time. Once they understand it they will demand it!

Had a great meeting tonight. At least a dozen in attendence with a visitor from Columbus as well. Talked about upcoming events, possible guest speakers, our efforts to spread the word about the FairTax, and other issues. We did cancel our local flash event due to the heat wave. But will be doing one next week (weather permitting) at the Five Points intersection. Lots of parking is available so come and join us between 5 and 6 p.m.  to help spread the word.

I just want to follow up on what Billie said only a little more so. We did have a good meeting and I appreciate those who are writing letters. We need that a lot more. Also, may I ask that you Do call Senator Portman's office and ask him to set up a townhall style meeting in the Dayton Area. I'm sure we could get a good turn out from our FairTax groups, the Liberty groups and other concerned citizens. Neat idea that the Dayton group is having in doing their half hour to forty five minute demonstrations. Check them out and help them if you can. Have a great Father's Day weekend all you Dads.

Frank had the Fairborn FairTax meeting last night at Roush's.  Had a nice crowd with a lot of group participation.  We are hoping to get Senator Rob Portman into this area with a townhall.  If you have any connection to his office please contact him and let Frank know.  Talked a lot about letters to the editor.  Suggested Fairborn group participate in Dayton Mall group events.  Wish you were there.  We need more participation.

Okay gang,

For the Fairborn FairTax group (and anyone else who cares to participate), here is the plan for April 18th. We are going to meet at the main branch of the Dayton Post Office from 1:00 til 5:00. e will be there for an informational picket and may have some flyers to hand out.

After thats over, anyone who wants to is going over to Courthouse Square to join in the Tea Party Rally that is scheduled to start at 6:30 and go til 8:00.

Please wear any FairTax shirts, hats, jackets, whatever you have to increase our presence.

Please remember that since we are doing this on the 18th there will be no Fairborn meeting this month.

Hope to see everyone of you there.
