Civil Disobedience Vs. Unfair Tax

Dear Fair Tax leader,
Gandhi with followers marched to the sea to figuratively and tangibly replace taxed English salt with distillate from the ocean.
In 1947, the "Great" Britain overlords left voluntarily as Mahatma "Great Soul" had predicted leaving India with self - government and self determination.

What if all Tea Party (remember the British taxation origin of that Bostonian term) or Fair Tax supporters refused to file tax forms next year or answer tax reporting inquests in protest of accounting slavery to the IRS? What if most went so far as to delay payment until the Fair Tax is enacted?
Might politicians stop venerating their lobbyist campaign supporters and actually acknowledge said marchers, protesters, and concerned citizens?
Might you, Fair Tax patriot, help do and promote this nonviolent civil disobedience?

All I am saying (really this film is documenting) is that there is some question about the legality and constitutionality ALREADY of the income tax as we know it. It will not hurt (in my view) Fair Tax leaders to be aware (educated, Jamie) about this questioning.
This does not force (or definitively disallow) a civil disobedience response, especially by any individual. It is just part of the range of possible stances. I think it not horrible to be aware, especially as a Fair Tax leader. It can be part of the conversation in my view.
I appreciate all outlooks here, certainly including yours, Jim (that is clearly carefully considered). Open forum. Thanks to all for the lively discussion thread.
