during the 2012 campaign, fairtax organizers and core supporters diverted the use of their facebook page and funds to support herman cain's 999, a plan antithetical to the fairtax involving a national sales tax ON TOP of personal and corporate income tax, which the fairtax is specifically designed to disallow. the 999 issue showed me what serious flakes fairtax organizers and core supporters are to allow themselves to be coopted by any false prophet who tells them to completely reverse their core values. before cain's 999, my local fairtax organizers sent me emails soliciting "money bombs" in support of democrats who opposed the fairtax running campaigns against republicans who actually support the fairtax. I have no idea who you people are, but you are the opposite of who you pretend to be. I have seen the light. the fair tax is a Trojan horse. until the 16th is repealed, adding a national sales tax is only providing the delinquents in DC another revenue stream, like the VAT in Europe, and there is nothing in the history of this country that would leave anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together to believe that in one legislative session, herry reid and nancy Pelosi wouldn't turn the fairtax into exactly that if you hand them a national sales tax. look how they rammed through obamacare. the fairtax is deisgned to eliminate the irs code and contains a sunset clause for the 16th. as long as all but 9 or so states tax wages, you have no chance of repealing the 16th. why would a state that isn't willing to eliminate it's own tax on wages ratify an amendment to make it unconstitutional? think about that. until you get most states to eliminate their income taxes, you have no shot at ratifying an amendment, and probably also no chance of passing the repeal in congress or having the states call a convention, which means you are guaranteed to end up eventually handing the moonbats a 3rd revenue stream which will become a VAT!!! look at your own facebook page and organizers and core supporters advancement of 999!! I sent cain and other fairtax supporters money. I believed in the intent of the bill and knew all the arguments for and against. it just didn't occur to me that I could be suckered into supporting a bill based on its intent without being realistic about the difference between its stated intent and its guaranteed result. I have now seen the light. people who sincerely believe in the intent of the fairtax should be more than willing to spend their time and energy toward eliminating personal income taxes at the state level, the sure fire path toward repealing the 16th. to the extent that you are willing to abandon your Trojan horse, already coopted at the highest levels, and join the battle at the state level in repealing state personal income taxes, then we can once again fight
on the same side of a battle. until then...
hasta la vista!!
Yes, we still need to find leaders in those areas.
FL-14 is in the Tampa Bay area
FL-18 is St. Lucie, Martin & northern Palm Beach counties.
Checked the list of FFTEA leadership for the districts. Why is there no leadership in Districts 14 and 18? What are the areas for these districts?

There is a new header on this page. It says FAIRTAX LEADERSHIP - FLORIDA. It links to a list of the leadership in the state. It is well over two years old. It does not reflect the FFTEA leaders/Board of directors, District Directors and Community Co-Ordinators.
Can the group administrators for Florida please provide an updated listing for our state?
