I did not give her the benefit because she had made no other contributions to the site. If she had been a real fairtax activist she would have been doing other things productive to the effort. That would have given her at least a little chance. Unfortunately, several groups got spammed. I wish I could figure out how to stop that from happening in the future.

Linda,

I banned the spammer. It took me a minute to track her down. How did you know it was her?

On July 4th the FairTax group of Greater Orlando are participating in a TEA Party at the Amway Arena at 10:am. We expect to have two and possibly three FairTax tables and will need help.
We will be setting up at 8:30 AM and the event runs from 10am-2pm. We were inundated at the last two TEA parties and could use at least 5 supporters per table plus help with the set up.

Robert - I just spent 12 hours each way driving to DC for the NTU event so driving to Bunnell would be a walk in the park for me.

I'll wait on word from you.

Sean: Thank you for responding. Before I take you up on your offer let me see if I can come up with just one more volunteer locally. I do have three (counting myself) and that may be boarderline. Can I put you on hold until June 23rd. I should have a staff committed by then. The event is on US1 near Bunnell which would be a fare drive for you. Thanks again and I'll be back to you.

Hi Robert,

I'm willing to help any way I can. If you just need a warm body to sit at a table and hand out information and answer questions about the Fair Tax I'm sure I can I do that. If, on the other hand, you really need a "speaker" of sorts, I might not be your best bet - although I'm anxious to try a "chalk talk" concept on the gathered masses (a FairTax 101 if you will) - I don't expect you to let me loose on the crowd.

Again, let me know if you believe I might be of any assistance - I'll do what I can to help

The Flagler FairTax group is still looking for 3-4 volunteers to help man a FairTax booth at the Flagler County Tea Party event Saturday, July 4th, 2009, 2:00-4:00p.m. at the Thunder Gulch Campground in Bunnell, FL. We have been invited to give a short presentation about the FairTax. If you can please respond on this site.

I would be willing to help at the Vierra tea party if you could answer me one small question, what does a tea party have to do with educating the public as to value added tax/fair tax and getting the VAT passed?

Sean,
OK re responding to Miss FairTax rather than me. Accept any apologies I can offer.
Re AFFT, they are also very much an element with FTN as Jim T, Marilyn R, et al had meetings with Leo Linbeck, et al re FTN and is endorsed by AFFT as are some other comm platforms by being listed on the AFFT web site.
Re FFTEA's web site, it is just that, a web site, not a communications platform. For general groups comm we use FTN and YahooGroups, Facebook and I don't know what else.
