"The discussion for a "limited" CC and "no precedent" makes me very curious. Several meetings were held prior to the signing of the Art. of Confed. and between Sept. 1787 and May 1788 when SC finally assented to this Constitution.…"

"I am unclear why there is any discussion or why any thing more needs to be introduced to eliminate the IRS. H.R. 25/S.296 clearly addresses elimination of the IRS and what happens in the event the IRS is not eliminated in a specific time frame. The…"

"It sounds to me as though you are getting all your information from the Fairtax book. (which is a good guide) A better source of information is fairtax.org. I believe (from what I read above) you are unaware that according to H.R.25 / S.296, states…"

"It is way to early to start pushing unified coalitions. There are a number of organizations out there all with many good ideas. Let these groups have time to cultivate their ideas. When the strong ideas float to the top then a strong coalition or…"

Constitutional Convention II

Great feedback from CC I. Thank you. It seems as though everyone understands the nature of such an endeavor (CC) and that it is in deed very risky. Had this topic come up 10 or 20 years ago the fear of what socialist types would attempt to do would have been considerably less. But we are in the present and must take action. As quickly as this administration is moving to the left how much of our constitution, in it's original intent, will remain in a few years? Being bold has always been an an…See More

Hi Frank!

Welcome to FairTax Nation!

FairTax Nation a site designed and managed by FairTax volunteers to serve the needs of FairTax advocates by providing a place to share ideas, find resources and create new opportunities with the goal of passing the FairTax HR 25.

On Nation we are working on many projects. One is our 50 State Campaign. We want to link at least 1,000 active volunteers in each state to work together in a national effort to pass the FairTax. That would give us at least 50,000 active volunteers able to communicate, plan events, etc. I know some people want a FairTax rally in Washington D.C. This is how we build the organization to make this event and many others possible.

Please feel free to invite your FairTax friends to join us.

Thank you!
