First, we do NOT need anything close to a 30+% Retail tax. Without the loopholes, the original %'s are out of adjustment, and will weigh down too heavily on Groups who did not Pay much to begin with.
Second, although it becomes more of a "Moot-Point" with a "Fair-Tax" System, criminal Employment still will have an ugly Bed-Partner.
Many from the Millions of Invaders, still will "Barter". Combine that with the "Anchor Baby" expenses and Immigration Enforcement Difficulties these "DUAL-Nationality" Children bring with them, having to effectively deal with criminal Employment should remain an issue!
As it is, we lose BILLIONS of Dollars every Year-Hundreds of Billions!, due to the Jobs having been taken under the Federal Tax table!
