Fair Tax Nation

Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

The 2010 election is upon us, lets make some real change for the better!

Hi everyone, I know we all want that incumbent liberal removed from office right? We are slightly different from GOOOH but certainly with the same goal of making real change in DC and removing the career politician!

The Independence Caucus, who recently teamed up with resistnet and is linked with ncfreedom.us has the best and most complete platform of any
organization out there with a proven track record. The first US congress winner for The Independence Caucus was Jason Chaffetz (UT 3rd) in 2008 who has been a leader this year in shrinking the size of government. Now, it's been taken to other states.
The NC division, of which I am the state rep, has 5 district candidates that are being vetted currently with one endorsed in the 12th Doc Gillenwater at http://www.docforcongress2010.com/ Join us at http://icaucus.ning.com/ & then NC at
http://icaucus.ning.com/group/northcarolina
You can find out more information at www.OurCaucus.com

We are looking for more candidates in all districts in all states and may the best conservative win! We have candidates running all over the country including against Barbara Boxer. They all have to agree to certain terms just like GOOOH.

Yes, I do know some that are Sean. With everything going on right now it's just not in the forefront. It is something that you should lobby them about. I do know that if we don't come together and support conservative-republican candidates the Fair Tax will never happen. Lawyers and democrats have way too much to lose by changing our tax system so to say it's a non-partisan issue is untrue.

You are more than welcome to come to the website and contact the candidates themselves and find out. You may educate them too. Please join for the country and the Fair Tax at http://icaucus.ning.com

And might any of the others be FairTax advocates?

Thanks Jim and Randy. Most of my point is not so much to promoted Doc Gillenwater but The Independence Caucus. Doc was our first officially endorsed candidates but we have others in the 2, 4, 11, and 13th districts who are working throught the vetting process and will need people to get behind them.

My goal is to eventually have as many peole in The Independence Caucus to be a focal point to get behind a candidate. Much of the conservative-type movement is splintered and we need to come together.

Mark,

FairTax may not be big in his district but it is on this website. That is the purpose of it. If he does not know what it is, there are plenty of people who will be glad to help educate him.

Without being a potential cosponsor, he will probably get little or no support from people who frequent this particular site. Since you put forth a lot of effort to promote him, maybe you could reach out to him and introduce him to to the FairTax act.

Often candidates are looking for fresh ideas to help them stand out and are willing to learn about FairTax. I introduced FairTax to a candidate named Donn Janes here in Tennessee who did not know what it was. It is now a part of his campaign.

This, in turn, has made people start to ask if other candidates in the same race support the plan.

I have asked Doc in an email if he supported HR25 and the FairTax.
His reply was " I believe in a Fairtax". He does not mention it on his platform and to me it looks like a non issue with him. He is on Tea Party Nation but not on Fair Tax Nation, if that means anything.

I don't know that it's a big issue in his district but he no doubt would support it. If you know his district you'll realize that the fair tax just isn't big in that district. It's a gerrymandered district. Please feel free to look him up on facebook and ask him.

What is Doc Gillenwater's position on the FairTax? I did not see any mention of it in the "taxes & ..." section on his website.
